Spot Million-Dollar Ideas in Seconds + Ancient Chinese Medicine for Smarter Business Management

2 minutes that might change your life.

Every brilliant business idea meets these 4 characteristics:

1/ Unworkable – There is a problem.
Example: I’m very sick and need to get healthy; there’s no heated water in my apartment; crypto snipers are outsmarting my investments, etc.

2/ Unavoidable – The problem must be solved.
Example: I can’t afford to be sick for an executive presentation on a trip to Hong Kong; I need my apartment heating fixed; I want to outpace crypto snipers.

3/ Urgent – The problem requires immediate attention.
Example: The trip to Hong Kong is tomorrow; I have guests in my apartment who expect a great experience; my hedge fund reputation is at risk if I don’t act fast.

4/ Underserved – The problem isn’t being solved by enough providers.
Example: There’s more demand than supply; more companies need to emerge quickly to address these gaps.

Question for you: Will your next business idea fill these gaps?

Chinese Medicine + Business Management = More Success?

According to Chinese medicine, there are 5 elements: fire, water, earth, metal, and wood.

Each person has a dominant element that reveals patterns about them.

Wood: If you’re Wood-driven, you’re a pioneer who faces challenges with intensity. However, these individuals tend to get angry more easily. If you’re managing someone like this, it’s wise to understand they might challenge your authority—or even want to replace you. Don’t take their anger personally; it’s just part of their nature.

Fire: (That’s me!) Fire-driven people are enthusiastic, charismatic, and love to joke about everything. However, they burn out easily. If you manage someone with this element, consider giving them more days off and opportunities to shine at IRL events—they thrive in social settings. Also, they can get really frustrated when they’re hungry, so always ensure important conversations happen on a full stomach.

Earth: If you’re Earth-driven, you’re less extroverted and more of a peacekeeper. You value harmony, community, and ensuring everyone gets along. For leadership in community management, Earth-driven individuals are ideal.

Metal: Metals are very precise, elegant in their delivery, and thoughtful. However, they often experience grief or disappointment when things don’t go their way.

Water: Water-driven people are philosophers. They lose themselves in deep thoughts and are always searching for truth.

Understanding people’s nature is the key to empowering them effectively.
