Money Making Lessons by Codie Sanchez
2 minutes that might change your life
The myth of diversification. The average millionaire has seven income streams.
So people think that if you have $20K, you should put it into a diversified portfolio…
Wrong.
A tree does not grow by splitting its trunk. It grows by digging deep, finding water where others dry out.
You become a millionaire by focusing on one thing—becoming exceptional at one skill, one product, one service, one business.
Then, when you make your first liquid million, diversify—not to get rich, but to protect it.
What’s the one skill—or bundle of skills—you’re mastering that will separate you from the crowd?
Food for thought.
Vitamins sit on shelves,
forgotten, ignored, left for later.
Painkillers don’t wait.
They are needed, hunted, paid for now.
Sell painkillers. Solve urgent problems, and watch the money follow.
Reoccurring revenue is the way out.
Freedom is forged in contracts, subscriptions, loyalty.
The world is changing.
The world is shifting.
The next 12 years won’t be kind.
Will you be needed…
or just nice to have?
Hard work matters, but leverage matters more.
Leverage people. Leverage systems. Leverage capital.
Rich people don’t make money with effort.
They make money with multiplication.
You don’t get rich by doing more — you get rich by doing less, but doing it smarter.
Hire the right people.
Delegate everything that doesn’t move the needle.
If you’re doing tasks that someone else could do for $20 an hour, you’re playing small.
The only way to grow a business is to stop being the business.
If your business falls apart without you, congratulations — you’ve built a job, not a business.
You want freedom?
Stop chasing the hustle culture. Start chasing systems.
Put the right systems in place, and you could walk away for a month, and it would keep running.
Your business doesn’t need you to be the hero.
It needs you to build a machine that doesn’t depend on you.
Most people won’t understand your vision.
And that’s okay. You’re not building your life based on their limitations.
You’re building it based on what you know you’re capable of achieving.
The sooner you stop seeking external validation, the faster you’ll move.
Every minute you spend overanalysing is a minute you could have spent building.
Don’t let time be your enemy. Make it your ally by acting faster than everyone else.
At the end of the day, the path to success is simple:
Take action. Learn. Adjust. Repeat.
The world belongs to those who do the work.

Struggle is a love story.
One day, wealth won’t be your joy—
it’ll be the memory of the climb,
the nights you almost quit,
the days you pushed through.
Three years from now,
you’ll smile at the war you won.
Keep going.
Happy Valentines.
