6 Easy Ways To Increase Your Productivity

Lessons from 10 000 hours in personal growth.

Have you ever felt like you cannot get yourself to concentrate?

The task is boring, the deadline is coming, and all you’d like to do is go out…

And have fun!

I’ve been there, too many times…

Let’s dive straight into 15 ways to increase your productivity:

1. Turn ON the grayscale mode on your phone. Yes, the less colourful your phone is, the less time you’ll spend wasting time looking at fast cars, hot girls (or men), cute dogs, big mansions etc. You’ll recover the sensitivity of your dopamine receptors, which will make you more productive.

2. Recover from headaches, QUICKLY. Ever heard that if you have a headache, all you need is more water? This may work for 7/10 people, but there are people who have strong headaches even if they consume lots of water. Here’s a solution that may help you: Increase your electrolyte intake and take magnesium. Thank me later.

3. Start your day with a large glass of water, electrolytes, and optionally strong coffee and most importantly, start working as quickly as you can. The first hour of the day means everything. If you program yourself to start the day with work, you’ll be more productive throughout the rest of your day.

4. F**K the fancy routines. When someone tells me that they spend the first 4 hours of their day training, then meditating, journaling, doing all kinds of stuff, that to me is a HAPPINESS routine. It makes you feel good. But it’s not a productivity routine. By the time that person starts working, I’ll have worked for 4 hours that day. Belive me, they will NOT catch up with me for the rest of the day.

5. If you don’t know HOW, find the WHO. That’s right, if you have no idea how to complete a task, find a person that can help you. Who can help you achieve it faster?

6. If you don’t know the WHO, find the WHERE. Where can you find high performers in your area? Where can you find people that can help you achieve your goals? Execute faster? Think clearer? You need them. You really do. Come up with an elevator pitch about yourself (30 seconds in which you explain who you are and what your mission is), and you’ll see how quickly you attract people who want to be around you. Because they see the warrior, the beast, the potential in you.

2 Life Lessons from Wise People

1. “Be “selectively ignorant.” Ignore topics that drain your attention. Unfollow people that drain your energy. Abandon projects that drain your time. Do not keep up with it all. The more selectively ignorant you become, the more broadly knowledgable you can be.” - James Clear

2. “When a flower doesn’t bloom, you fix the environment in which it grows, not the flower.” - Mindful Maven

5 Great Quotes

1. “Lack of confidence kills more dreams than lack of ability. “
