5 Rules That Made Me Unstoppable
3 minutes that might change your life.
Hey Warrior, before we dive in…
I need your opinion on the structure of the newsletter.

The Willpower Trap
Forcing yourself to work hard is a recipe for disaster.
I pushed through procrastination, but it led to self-hatred.
Find a way to love what you do and the hard work becomes enjoyable.
If impossible, be so fearful of the consequences of not completing a task that your body enters flow to complete it.
In general, being driven by purpose is more powerful than just by results.
The 3-Batman Rule
You need three “versions” of yourself:
The Hero: the version you present to the world that’s highly competent and professional.
The Strategist: the one who plans, researches, and out-thinks the competition behind the scenes.
The Shadow: the part of you that grows in darkness, when no one’s watching, working on personal growth or hidden skills. Rotate between these roles daily.
The 5-Year Flashback Rule
Act like you’re 5 years in the future, looking back on today.
What would “future-you” regret not doing?
This shifts your decision-making to a long-term mindset, where fear,
procrastination, and small thinking fall away.
Operate from your future self’s perspective.
Productivity Section - Here’s what I do when I feel stuck…
The Clarity Walk / Run
Go for a long walk or run without distractions.
In the silence, clarity emerges.
Disconnecting helps you reconnect with your inner thoughts.
Silence isn’t empty; it’s full of answers.
The Mentor’s 30-Minute Rule
When you feel stuck, read a non-fiction book for 30 minutes.
Books are mentors that bring vision and inspiration into your life.
If you dislike reading, listen to free audiobooks on Spotify.
Subscribe to top business newsletters.
Let the wisdom of others guide you forward.
The Massive Action Principle
Take massive action immediately.
Dive into new activities without overthinking.
Action reveals what’s not for you, and what’s right will naturally surface over time.
Trust the process and keep moving forward.
Don’t wait for the perfect moment — create it.
5 Great Quotes
“Instead of worrying if they’ll like you, ask yourself if you are going to like them.
Instead of trying to say the right thing, see if they say the right thing to you.
Instead of looking for their approval, decide if you are willing to give yours.” - Mark Manson
If you’re a friend of everybody, you’re an enemy to yourself.
“Remember that reputation and integrity are your most valuable assets—and can be lost in a heartbeat.” -Charlie Munger
“Slow down, life is long.” - Naval Ravikant
The True Riches - Rich is how much you see your kids. Power is having control over your own schedule. Prioritise what truly matters in your life. Value time over money.
Keep going warrior,
I’ll see you next week.
